Delivery

At BOL, we’re committed to getting your order to you as securely and efficiently as possible. Our Power Shakes are now ambient, so there’s no need to refrigerate them (but we think they're best when chilled) — just store them in a cool, dry place until you’re ready to enjoy.

We offer free UK delivery for orders of any value Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Jersey, the Hebrides, Orkney, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Republic of Ireland, Guernsey, Shetland Islands, and the Isles of Scilly at this time.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, FedEx, or Evri using a tracked 48-hour express delivery service. If you place your order before 12pm from Monday to Saturday, it will be dispatched the same day for delivery within 48 hours.

We do not currently deliver on Bank Holidays, or the day following a Bank Holiday. 

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey. If you have any questions, our team is always happy to help!


Delivery address

To help us deliver your parcel without delay, please make sure that we have your correct delivery address and any necessary delivery instructions.

If you are not available to receive your package in person, please make sure that our courier can leave the box in a secure and safe place or leave your box with your favourite neighbour.

Please note that you are responsible for instructing the courier with clear, appropriate and reasonable instructions to deliver your box.

Receipt of delivery

We know that life is busy which is why we have chosen a delivery courier partner that’s convenient for you. 

It is not currently possible to specify an exact delivery day and time. However, our couriers will keep in touch via email with tracking information to keep you updated on your orders journey. Our courier partners will also attempt re-delivery at least once more if you're not available on their first delivery attempt.

If you have any issues with your delivery or products, please email hello@bolfoods.com with your reference number and what’s gone on so we can do our best to help you out.

Returns Policy

As all our products are perishable, you are not entitled to the regular rights of consumers to return goods within 14 days after receiving them. There is an exemption pursuant to regulation 27(1)(c) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Deactivation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, that confirms that contracts for the supply of goods are exempt from the right to withdrawal if those goods are liable to deteriorate or expire. This does not affect your right to cancel your subscription.

If you are unhappy with your box for one of the following reasons:

  • Missing products
  • Damaged box
  • Box did not arrive
  • Products not as described

Then we will offer an appropriate refund as long as it can be shown that the box you were charged for was not supplied as it should have been. Please take photos where necessary.

Any opened bottles cannot be returned or refunded.

Cancelling orders

We work quickly to pick and pack your items. Unfortunately, this means your order cannot be amended or cancelled once in preparation.

If you have purchased a subscription, you can cancel your subscription by signing in to your account. Please note that any changes to an upcoming order needs to be made before 10am, 2 days before your delivery day.
